Looking for full and part-time Pilates instructors

Life Time Vaughan has grown quickly over the last year. Our members love Pilates and how it changes their lives. We have several positions available for full and part-time instructors at the Vaughan location and the demand for privates and classes are high so your roster will be full.

Job Description

As a Life Time Pilates instructor, you’ll join a group of elite specialist who have made clients’ goals their own. You’ll also gain access to cutting-edge equipment and education, as well as a career succession program that allows you to continue growing in your field. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides you tools above, and beyond, the studio to ensure that your clients achieve their goals.

The Life Time Pilates Studio at Vaughan is a large, bright and quite room that feels like a Zen oasis for our clients. Our studios are well equipped and provide you the equipment necessary to deliver the Pilates Method. You will have an opportunity to grow your own business within a high-energy and supportive team environment to ensure that you can practice your passion for Pilates.

  • Provide fitness consultation and comprehensive coaching and instruction to ensure clients achieve their desired health and fitness results
  • Instruct 1-on-1 and small group sessions on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Mat
    Develop and maintain a client base
  • Standard First Aid
  • Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
  • Help maintain a safe and clean studio environment for members
  • Promote Pilates training services to members to achieve and maintain monthly revenue and session requirements


Pilates Method Alliance approved certification* (i.e. Body Harmonics, Peak Pilates, STOTT Comprehensive, The Pilates Center, Power Pilates, Balanced Body, , BASI, Core Dynamics Pilates, Pilates North Carolina-Complete, Fletcher Pilates, Romana’s ITP Pilates, Lolita San Miguel).

One year of comprehensive Pilates instruction is preferred. However, we are a supportive team where you will learn fast so recent graduates and those with only a Reformer certification are welcome to apply so long as fully certification is the long-term goal.
