At Body Harmonics, we’ve heeded our governments’ and health authorities’ recommendations every step of the way in order to keep Body Harmonics clients and staff, and our broader community safe during this COVID-19 pandemic.
The Ministry of Health recently lifted restrictions on regulated health care practices thereby allowing us to make some of our Health Clinic services available. Learn more here.
Our physical Studio doors are closed until further notice. During this time we will continue to provide you with a variety of ways keep moving, keep learning and stay healthy at home. You can find a variety of options listed below.
On behalf of all of us at Body Harmonics, I would like to thank you for your support during this time. It’s my sincere hope that you and your families stay healthy and find ways to stay well and to move your bodies, even as you practise “social distancing” within your communities. Of course, all of us at Body Harmonics look forward to welcoming you back to our Clinics and then to our Studios and Teacher Training Centres whenever it’s safe to do so. We’ll keep you informed via email and social media, but please also reach out to us anytime with any questions or concerns you may have.
