Ultimate Reformer: Repertoire + Jumpboard


Take your Reformer classes to the next level! After reviewing the intermediate and advanced Pilates Reformer Repertoire, you will learn how to refine movements and add challenge to the exercises your clients already love. We will also incorporate the Jumpboard for a cardio element. You will leave with tons of ideas to help you reignite your clients' passion for the Reformer. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Review and practice the intermediate and advanced Pilates reformer repertoire
  • Determine value of these exercises for both athletic and rehab contexts
  • Learn the jumpboard sequences to infuse a cardio component into your reformer one-one-one sessions and group classes
