Description

The springboard is an incredibly efficient machine that creates an unmatched oppositional balance of tension throughout the body. At Body Harmonics, it quickly became the machine of choice for targeting hips and shoulders so that they become integrated with the core. Join this fun and invigorating workshop to learn a variety of springboard exercises for all levels, as well as key concepts for effective application and transitions in a springboard class.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn how to use the springboard for mobility, stability, strength and balance outcomes
  • Practise a variety of springboard exercises and learn key concepts for effective application with diverse populations
  • Determine the best practices when designing group classes on the springboard
