My Pilates journey began as a student while I was a long time member at a karate club. I quickly realized that a strong body could be achieved through mindful, precise and controlled movement.
It is fascinating and rewarding to observe clients gradually acquiring strength. I work with people dealing with a variety of movement impairments, and also love to train athletes. When you are ready, I will teach you the subtleties of refined movement mechanics, and let you experience the “feel factor.”
I recently added The ELDOA METHOD to my skills. ELDOA is for everyone! It complements Pilates beautifully. It will create space between each articulation of the spine, free your pain, and as with Pilates, it will improve your posture. Are you ready for better posture and less pain?
