My Philosophy of Pilates:

My

entire life, I've had a passion for learning, teaching and moving. I love to teach and I love to move whether in dance or exercise. Working at BODY HARMONICS combines these passions in a way that is exciting for me and helps people feel, look and move better at the same time. Each

day at the studio is exciting, intriguing and unique, with something new to work on or discover.  What I love most are those ‘Aha’ moments when clients make discoveries about their bodies and how they move that translate into more freedom, more joy and less pain in their lives.

Skills unique to me:  pole dance, Ukrainian folk dance, swing dance, photography and modeling. I also love to read business and self-help books for fun.
