My Philosophy of Pilates:

​My draw to Pilates came from the feeling I had after my first Pilates class; that my body was moving in the way it was meant to. I use Pilates to help me stay strong and injury free so I am able to do the things I love most in life: dance, run, bike and play. I aim to help my clients use Pilates in a similar way, for whatever their daily needs are, whether that be running a marathon or getting through a day pain free. I aim to help my clients develop that same integrated, free and connected feeling I have every time I leave the studio.
