Whether it’s to improve bad desk posture, achieve a personal best during triathlon season, or to recover from injury - whatever it is! - I love doing and teaching Pilates, because it gives our bodies the chance to realize how we are meant to move. When clients start to feel taller, stronger, more flexible and comfortable in their own skin, I am incredibly delighted and honoured to have had the chance to help them along the way. Hopefully, while having some fun too!
