I work to enhance body awareness and ease of movement by improving strength and flexibility and, ultimately, to integrate the entire body and mind to achieve balance and harmony. Over the years I have studied new theories and approaches to health and wellness, with the goal of developing exercise formats which would remain interesting for everyone, but could also be modified to meet the needs, goals and objectives of each individual.
