I find learning about the human body fascinating. Regular Pilates practice has improved both my physical strength and mental well-being. Pilates sessions have reduced back pain from my scoliosis and helped me develop a positive attitude towards the condition, which interfered with my dance career and quality of life. I am learning to work smarter, not harder, and to create sustainable muscle recruitment patterns. It is a privilege to teach the Pilates method and see how people can make positive changes to their bodies that will prepare them to take on life's challenges.
Above all, I want people to enjoy moving. I work to help people feel capable and strong with safe, biomechanically sound, mindful movement. I help them develop consistency and increased body awareness that leads to remarkable progress.
