I have worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 20 years. While preparing for my wedding (a few years ago!), I started Pilates alongside my traditional strength workouts and loved mixing the two together.
This started a new journey of learning to bring elements of the mind-body disciplines into a gym environment. As years went by I came to see more and more benefit from the Pilates aspects of my training, and I recently transitioned from the gym to the Pilates studio.
My private sessions and classes incorporate the precision, focus, and control of Pilates with the strength and power of weight lifting.
People come to Pilates for so many different reasons––strength, mobility, rehab, personal education, and I love supporting my clients and class participants as they grow and learn on their own personal journeys.
