Preventing the return of back pain brought me to Pilates. It led to the ease and strength I thought I would never feel again, and gave me the tools to maintain a healthy body. This is something I would like everyone to be able to tap into. Pilates is like time lapse photography. Slowly changes occur without force, layer upon layer, providing grounding for everything we do. As a teacher, I am privileged to be able to watch as people develop strong, flexible and dynamic bodies. I am delighted when I see a client find the next level, the strength and ease that translates into feeling good from the inside out.
