I spend time getting to know you and your lifestyle. Together, we determine the best first steps of
nutritional action for you.
Through further exploration, I will show you how to influence the complex systems in your body so
you can optimize your health, without rigid meal planning.
In order for you to commit to a lifestyle change, it’s imperative you understand why the actions
you’re taking are important. These follow up visits will help you commit to yourself, stick to your
goals and provide you milestones along the path to health and wellbeing.
As you begin your journey to better health and nutrition, I will be there every step of the way. We
will continue to communicate through text and/or email. I’ll offer tips and suggestions so you learn
to read the true measures of your body’s health, empowering you for the long term.

Larlkyn has a strong passion for helping people understand that health is a process and a journey. With a background in engineering design,
