Working with healthy eating coach, Andrea Palen, will help you to bridge the gap between knowing

what you should eat and what you actually do eat. 

Nutrition coaching with Andrea is for you if you are:

Andrea Palen is a Body Harmonics Pilates Comprehensive Teacher and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. She loves helping people feel in control of their wellbeing with an emphasis on a positive attitude, keeping it light and enjoying the process. She believes in the power of small steps for big change and gets excited as she witnesses her clients transforming their lives through exercise and healthy eating. She walks her talk and has lived the changes that she helps others achieve on a daily basis.
